4. Registration terms and conditions
If, the User was provided with an access password as a result of registration, the User hereby undertakes to use the said password diligently and to keep it strictly secret. The User is solely and exclusively responsible for keeping strictly secret and confidential all of the codes, access data and any other elements provided, and hereby undertakes not to disclose or transfer the use thereof to any third party whatsoever, whether permanently or temporarily. The User shall be liable for any unlawful use of the services by unauthorized third parties using the password provided to the User. On the other hand, identification and authentication by way of a User name and password means that the User allocated the said User name and password shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the acts carried out through such access to the services.
The User is strictly required to notify the administrators of the Web Site immediately of any act or situation that may enable any unauthorized use of the codes and/or passwords, including (however not limited to) any theft, misplacement or any other similar situations. Until such time as the Controller owning the Web Site has been notified of said situation, the Controller shall be released from any liability whatsoever in relation to any incorrect, fraudulent, mendacious or malicious use of said codes or passwords.

5. Liability
(I) The Controller does not guarantee the continued access, or the correct visualization, download or utility of the elements and information contained on the pages of the Web Site, which may be obstructed, hindered or interrupted by factors or situations that are outside the Controller’s control.
(II) The Controller may interrupt the service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if the Controller detects that the use of the Web Site or of any of the services offered thereon breaches the terms of this Legal Disclaimer.
(III) The Controller provides the Users with an email address, info@labstage.com, so that any matters relating to the activities of other users may be reported and rectified, where necessary. Any email forwarded for such purposes must state “USER” as the subject and must contain, in the body thereof, the following information of the User: Name and Surname(s), D.N.I. (National Identification Document) number and contact telephone number.
(IV) The Controller shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, claims or expenses, caused by:
(V) Interferences, interruptions, faults, omissions, telephonic faults, delays, suspensions or disconnections in relation to the functioning of the electronic system, as a result of any deficiencies, overloads or errors in the telecommunication lines and networks, or as a result of any other reason outside the Controller’s control;
(VI) Illegitimate intromissions by means of the use of malignant programmes of any type whatsoever and using any communication channel, such as computer viruses or any other programmes;
(VII) Improper or inadequate use of the pages that comprise the Web Site;
(VIII) Security or navigation errors caused by any malfunctioning of the internet browser or by the use of obsolete versions thereof. The administrators of the Web Site hereby reserve the right to remove, totally or partially, any content or information from the Web Site.
(IX) The Controller shall not assume any liability whatsoever for any losses and damage of any kind whatsoever resulting from any improper use of the services by the Users of the Web Site. Furthermore, the Controller shall be released from any liability whatsoever for the content and or information that is received via the information request forms. On the other hand, in the event that any losses or damage are caused by any unlawful or improper use of such services, the Controller may recover from the User the losses and damage incurred.
(X) The Controller must provide the pertinent and competent authorities with all information and collaboration necessary for the exercise of their functions.
